Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Smart Base Core ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding online trading and binary options products.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Email/password accounts require email confirmation before full access. Google Sign-In accounts are confirmed via Google and do not require a separate confirmation email.
• If you later sign in with Google using the same email as an existing password account, the identities may be linked to a single account.

4. Demo vs real funds

Demo balances are virtual and have no cash value. Real-money deposits, trades, and withdrawals are subject to our payment partners' rules, applicable fees, and verification requirements we may reasonably request.

5. Trading risk

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You trade at your own risk and should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Abuse referrals, promotions, or payment flows
• Impersonate others or provide false identity information

7. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, lawful trading.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose security or fraud risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure via support.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific profits, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
